Terms for using the services and subscribing to Time Team.

Scope
These terms apply to Time and Planning Poker, provided by KL Digital SRL. Full publisher contact details are available in the legal notice.
Account and access
Time requires an account. You are responsible for the information linked to your account and for the access you grant.
Personal Time
Time can be used individually for free. Creating or joining an organization is optional.
Planning Poker
Planning Poker is free and available without an account. The person who creates a room manages facilitation rights during the session.
Time Team
An organization may enable Time Team to work together. Its owner manages members and the subscription.
Billing
Individual Time is free. Time Team costs EUR 19 excluding tax per month per organization for six active members in total, including the owner. Each additional active member costs EUR 2 excluding tax per month. Pending invitations are not billed. For consumers, the recurring tax-inclusive price matching their billing information is shown before ordering and confirmed at payment. Member changes produce prorated adjustments calculated by Stripe and shown separately from the recurring monthly price; a billing credit is not an immediate bank refund. The subscription renews monthly on the cycle established at subscription.
Ending the subscription
Unsubscribing from your account stops renewal at the end of the paid period; the effective date is shown in subscription management. It does not replace withdrawal or delete your account. Free individual Time remains available. A failed payment may suspend Team features; the owner retains access to billing management. Reactivation depends on payment confirmation. Non-payment does not automatically start the 90-day export period.
Withdrawal and immediate access
When subscribing as a consumer, you have fourteen days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory extensions. Immediate access to Time Team does not waive this right. You may declare withdrawal through the ‘Withdraw from the Time Team contract’ function at time.onlinecenter.be/withdrawal without signing in, or by an unambiguous declaration to support@onlinecenter.be. Provide your name, a reference identifying the contract and your chosen electronic receipt method. You receive a confirmation you can keep recording your declaration, its reference and the date and time of receipt. A declaration within the applicable period ends the identified contract; exercising this right does not depend on support approval. We fully refund payments related to that contract within fourteen days of receipt, through the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without fees, with no deduction for immediate access. Refunds are processed manually. Your mandatory rights remain applicable.
Model withdrawal form

Deletion
Voluntary account deletion immediately deactivates the account. Identity and personal data deletion starts without a thirty-day grace period and is retried after failures. If you leave an organization that must continue operating, another active owner must remain; if you are the last owner, first transfer ownership. You can also close the organization from Time without inviting a new owner, after its subscription has effectively ended. After the effective end of the subscription, authorized users have 90 days to read and export the Time data of the organization that remains accessible. At the deadline, access ends and the retention process deletes the relevant data. Acceptance evidence, accounting records, other logs and backups follow separate rules.
